JobTrackr Privacy Policy
JobTrackr is designed to help users save and track job applications while keeping saved job data local to the browser.

1. Overview
JobTrackr is a browser extension that helps users save, organize, and track job applications from job posting pages. Users can save job title, company name, job link, application status, notes, follow-up dates, resume version, and interview notes.
2. Information JobTrackr Handles
JobTrackr may read visible website content on the active tab when the user opens or uses the extension. This may include visible page title, job title, company name, and current page URL.
JobTrackr stores saved job information locally in the user’s browser using Chrome storage. Saved job information may include job title, company name, job URL, status, notes, follow-up date, resume version, interview notes, and date saved.
3. Payment Information
JobTrackr Pro payments are processed by ExtensionPay and Stripe. JobTrackr does not collect, store, or process credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or full payment credentials.
4. Information JobTrackr Does Not Collect
JobTrackr does not collect passwords, authentication credentials, health information, financial account numbers, personal communications, keystroke logs, or precise GPS location.
JobTrackr does not automatically apply to jobs and does not submit forms on the user’s behalf.
5. How Information Is Used
Saved job information is used only to provide JobTrackr’s single purpose: helping users save, organize, and track job applications.
Payment status may be checked through ExtensionPay to determine whether Pro features should be unlocked.
6. Data Sharing and Sale
JobTrackr does not sell user data.
JobTrackr does not transfer saved job data to advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.
JobTrackr does not use or transfer user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
7. Remote Code
JobTrackr does not use remote code. All JavaScript and CSS used by the extension are included in the extension package submitted to the Chrome Web Store.
8. User Control
Users can delete saved jobs inside the extension. Users can remove JobTrackr at any time through browser extension settings.
9. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated if JobTrackr changes how it handles data. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
